Submission Process

 

Hello! You're here because you'd like to know more about the submission process right? It's good to know what you are getting yourself into!

 

Before Submitting

1. It is required that every submitter reads our Terms of Service. It can be found on the home page.

 

2. Message me to see what turnaround is available with the number of cards that you would like to send in. I will get you a quote.

3. Upon approval to send with me. Please send me a group picture of your cards, taking pictures of front and back of the expensive ones. Post them in our chat so it can be documented.

4. Pack your sleeved cards in PSA grading sleeves*. It is okay if you do not have the grading pouches. I would move your cards out of toploaders into the ones I provide at no extra cost. However on submissions of 50+ cards, $5. Fee will be applied to the return shipping.

4. Send them to me! 

Include a list of cards you're sending for quicker processing time and to help me keep track of cards

Please provide your return address, email, and any notes you want me to know.

5. Payment

I accept cash (preferred but let me know!), friends&family and g&s (additional fees apply)

Upon Arriving to Me

6. I will  double check your cards condition and enter your card's information to PSA.

You have the option to ask me to clean your card at a small fee.

7. Send off to PSA!

 

 

 

 

 

Upon Arriving to PSA

8. PSA has listed their processing steps in the bar above:

Arrived - submission has arrived, was reviewed and counter. 

Order Prep - submission was logged into the system and is ready for processing. Turnaround time starts now.

Research & ID - Your cards are being researched so each item can be correctly identified on the PSA label.

Grading - submission has completed the grading and authentication process.

Assembly - PSA labels were printed and each item was sonically sealed within a PSA holder.

QA Check 1 - Your grades have been reviewed a second time for accuracy.

QA Check 2 - Labels have been reviewed for error and the PSA holders examined for defects.

Upon Arriving from PSA to Me

8. I will upload gradeson the Wii app. Please double check your labels and give me the okay! PSA sometimes issue the wrong label.

 

9. I receive cards from PSA and double check orders with you. I will send you a group picture of front and back.

10. I pack and send them back to you within 3 business days.

Shipping is included on small orders. With big orders, shipping with be charged at the end. Additional packing options like sleeving PSA cards, extra bubbles, etc and insurance options available.
